Substantial older sterling silver ring from the old pawn era, set with a large turquoise cabochon and red coral cabochon. Heavy handmade construction features serrated bezels, numerous applied and stamped silver flower elements, and deeply stamped shoulder decoration. The workmanship, turquoise, coral, and substantial silver construction give this ring a strong presence. No maker or purity marks are present; silver has been scratch tested as sterling.
Size 11. Weight is 20.15 grams. Face measures approximately 32 x 23 mm. The wide band tapers toward the back.
Recently polished, with surface scratches, small marks, oxidation in recessed areas, and wear consistent with an older piece. Stones are secure. No specific artist, tribal affiliation, or turquoise mine is attributed.
