Obsolete c 1910 Oakland Ca number 69 sterling badge. Maker ed jones back mark as well as sterling. 3”. Badge somewhere along line hade retirement panel removed and holes soldered the front polished does not show repair and back you see the solder. My research is allowing for this with researched low price on a a $1500 to $2500 obsolete badge. I don’t know who number 69 is which could have a significant effect on value.
