offer retraction, offer manipulation, other frauds: - 96 blocked buyers and growing. If a offer is retracted with the explanation “entered wrong amount” then a new offer must be placed within five minutes or the user will be permanently blocked. At my sole discretion I may also block any other user whom in my judgment is attempting to manipulate offers or commit any other type of fraud. All additions to my blocked buyer list are permanent.
Shipping: I will not inform you, nor cause you to be informed, that your item has shipped until I return from the Post Office. I will submit a lost/stolen report on your behalf to the post office for items not received within 30 days.
Communicate: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
