New Proportion-Air PA704 RevB Electronic Rotary Pressure Control Valve For Sale

The PA704 is a rotary position control assembly consisting of a control module, a servo, a mounting bracket, and a NAMUR interface. The control module contains a sophisticated electronic control circuit which compares the user provided command signal to the actual rotary position as measured by an internal rotary position sensor. The control then provides a drive signal to the servo which in turn provides air pressure to the rotary actuator in order to drive the ball valve to the desired position. The control loop is analog and is updated continuously. The PA704 is designed to operate with a double acting (air to open, air to close) ninety degree rotary actuator. Control is OVDC equals closed, 10VDC equals full open. A 0-10VDC monitor signal from the on board rotary position indicator is available for quality control or troubleshooting purposes. Typically, the PA704 causes the rotary actuator/ball valve to close fully if DC power or DC command signals are interrupted, but the PA704 is not designed to fail safe in the closed position. Loss of supply air pressure, or inadequate supply pressure, can cause the PA704 to fail with the ball valve in any position.Thank you for looking and check out my other items.
