You are buying one (1) Nepenthes truncata, a Seedgrown specimen. This Philippine species produces giant pitchers often with highly striped peristomes.
A fairly slow but easy grower, this will be a centerpiece of your collection.
Your plant is a small seedling potted in a 2.5” pot, it is well established and is about 3 years old. This plant is an intermediate species and requires high humidity and warm temps, I recommend days 75-85f and nights 65-70f, along with moderate lighting.
