The set is in great condition overall. Includes rule book. Has all spirit/evil tokens. Has all 23 dividers. Has 15 room cards. Has 22 tarot cards. Has 55 Love cards, missing 1 love card. I counted 164 general character cards and 36 chiefs including ghosts which I'm not sure is how you sort it, I am not an expert. I don't really know what the randomizer cards were since I couldn't really locate them but it may be an oversight. It also includes 6 full art style cards. Once again I am not an expert so I would estimate the set is near complete. Please refer to pictures.
