New Old Stock tachometer, still housed in its original AC Spark Plug Division box (Flint, Michigan). The box is clearly labeled “TACH” with part number 1-6468712 and part code ACL 13712A.
Details:
• 0–4000 RPM face (x100 scale), with green luminescent markings and numerals
• 6500 RPM redline — correct for 1968–71 Corvette applications with the higher-output engine options (RPO L71/L89 427, L88 427)
• Orange primary needle, with secondary indicator marking
• Correct AC Delco factory face styling, matches the correct tachometer used alongside 6480910-series speedometers of the same era
Condition:
Genuine New Old Stock — never installed. The original box shows expected shelf wear (edge fraying, some creasing) but the AC label and part number are fully legible. The gauge face shows no chips, fading, or cracking. Please review all photos closely, as they are the best representation of condition.
