Each stand is formed of three graduated porcelain plates connected by a decorated central column, topped with a finely cast gilt bronze (ormolu) finial.The deep cobalt blue ground is enriched with hand-applied gilt decoration, including arabesques, rosettes, and stylized palmettes. The rims feature detailed latticework gilding with radiating foliate medallions. The central shafts and domed bases are decorated to match.Comparable examples are held in museum collections and rarely appear on the market. A closely related pair sold at Hôtel Drouot, Paris (Coutau-Bégarie, Lot 150) for €9,016 including fees.Marks
