- Buyer has 14 days to request a return authorization.
- Seller usually responds in under 24 hours + buyer will have sellers text only phone number.
- Buyer has 10 days ship time to have the return at the sellers address. 10 day period starts when seller issues the return authorization. That means return via priority mail as lost items will not be refunded.
- Seller will inspect returned system and if it passes, seller will issue a refund of the purchase price less shipping. (buyer pays shipping both ways)
- Main components have a unique warranty tamper proof seal and internal water soluble identification mark. No refund will be issued if it is missing or removed.
- All original parts and packaging must be returned to get a refund.

There is nothing worse then having an expensive item break 2 days after the warrantyexpires. As long as there is no abuse, I will offer a solution. This often includes parts at cost and free installation. That is as long as you communicateand pay shipping both ways. Yes, we keep control boards in stock for this reason.
