Vintage Moeris Swiss made Army Military Type Watch Serial # 2689250
Offered for sale is a Moerismanual windwrist-watch, this type watch was originally available to the British Army during World War II under the War Office “A.T.P.”(Army Trade Pattern)specification and were precursors to the later models.
The watch is marked on the back Waterproof, Stainless Steel, Swiss Made, Shock-absorber as pictured.
This watch was made by Moeris, one of the recognized ATP suppliers, and features the classic military design with clear Arabic numerals, and sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock. The vintage stainless steel stretch watch band is stamped oneachundersidesegment\"Speidel\" and serial # 2784617. Has sign of wear.
The watch hassigns ofage on the crystal, it worksand keeps good time. A nice piece of history.
