Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy after receipt for most of our products. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipment cost. The original shipping is non-refundable even though it was offered with FREE SHIPPING. A refund will be processed after a thorough inspection.

Returned products MUST include the original packaging content, such as accessories, manuals, CDs, warranty/registration cards, etc.

Warranty
