This is the last fuse of this model which I have in inventory. This fuse was originally with several other fuses which were new and in the original manufacturer's box. This one fuse did not come in a box. This item was obtained via a USPS online sale of lost or undeliverable mail. I am unfamiliar with it’s history. No original purchase order, invoice, receipt, or purchase documentation/ paperwork is present. The original purchaser/ mail recipient is UNKNOWN.

I am unable able to answer any technical questions in regards to this item.At the original time of this listing, there may be multiple quantities available. Each is in similar condition but may have different serial or lot numbers as compared to the photos which are provided.
