1. Connect the adapter to the device, then press and hold the ① Power button to turn it on.2. Briefly press the ① Mode/Power button to select the mode suitable for the area you want to treat.3. After selecting the desired mode, briefly press the ② R button and ③ E button to adjust the RF and EMS intensity levels respectively. 4. You can select from levels 1 to 5.5. Make sure the device is fully and firmly sealed against the treatment area, then press the ④ SHOT button to activate the suction.
Do not use the device on the same area more than two consecutive times.
7. After each shot, move the device to a different area. Repeat this process for a total of 3–5 sets, making sure that the treatment areas do not overlap.
