Runs cuts idles Surface of saw does have some paint splatter it’s hard to see in pics the saw will cleanup nice I just wiped it off very well taken care of saw for parts or restore may have missing or broken parts I did not see any all used saws come with scuffs scratches and dings it takes about 45 seconds of running before it will idle with chain chain stopped please ask questions if needed see pics McCulloch bar included ships lower 48 states I do not accept returns on larger items it’s to expensive for shipping unless item not described properly see response used for parts or repair very clean well taken care of saw check out my response this is a twin to the last one I sold in September they were mates for the last 40 years
