 Diaphragm, Gasket and 2 rivets

** NO Gluing Needed** But can be used

The rivets holes are .100 so use smaller drill bit, if it spins while drilling then you will have to grind off the rivet. 

TAKE PICTURES BEFORE STARTING FOR REFERENCE 

After disassembly make sure both surfaces are flat where rivets go through

I used a larger flat drift punch and flattened on my vise

The dime is for support of the rivets when you have it upside down during assembly.

Put dime down then put rivets on top of dime

Place first plate on top making sure rivets are still supported and plate is correctly oriented

Place diaphragm over rivets in the right direction

Place the second plate on top in the right direction

Then place the angle plate over rivets in the right direction

Use a 90 or 60  degree punch to start setting the rivets or better yet a spring loaded centering punch

Try to keep all parts tight 

Use the aluminum gasket for referencing center of the plate to gasket if need be.

Tap and check, tap and check again, after it tightens you can then use a flat drift punch to set the rivets

If you want you can use Locktite 380 if you have it. Line everything up and assemble, after using then let it set overnight before setting the rivets
