Marantz 4400 AM/FM VintageReceiver with Wood Case Serviced (Read Description)
IMPORTANT: The receiver’s previous owner recentlyhad the unit electronically serviced, as shown in the photographs in thelisting.
During our testing,we noticed that the right channel runs warmer than the left channel andshould be inspected. We also noticed that when the receiver is tested using the“Front” setting, the right channel sounds less bright than the left.However, when tested using “Front Main,” both channels sound good.
The unit should befurther inspected to determine the cause of this issue, as we do not knowexactly why it is occurring. Cosmetically, the receiver has some stains/markson the front panel, and some of the lettering is somewhat faded or blurred. Theexterior wooden cabinet is new but is not original; it is very similarin appearance to the original cabinet. The unit is also missing theillumination, and the bulbs/lighting components will need to be replaced. Thereceiver is being sold as-is, exactly as shown in the photos and described inthis listing.
