We usually ship within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation (the schedule may vary depending on circumstances). Free or calculated shipping with tracking is provided.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, we may deduct actual shipping and handling costs from the refund.

All shipments include a tracking number. If you need delivery to a different address, please update your -registered address before placing an order.

Shipments are processed on weekdays according to Japan Standard Time (Monday–Friday, excluding Wednesdays and public holidays).

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for initial defects only. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

For cross-border returns other than initial defects, international return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Serial numbers, tamper seals, and item photos are recorded. Any alteration or removal of parts voids return eligibility.

Taxes and duties paid to authorities or collected by may not be refundable by the seller.
