Rare Vintage Fostoria Heirloom Yellow Opalescent Vaseline Uranium Glass Swung Floor Vase
Beautiful large-scale vintage floor vase in yellow opalescent Vaseline/uranium glass with a dramatic hand-swung ruffled rim. This impressive vase features 24 fingers around the top, creating the distinctive sculptural ruffled edge collectors look for.
It measures approximately 21.5” tall at the highest point, with a 4” foot/base and an approximately 5.5” difference from the highest point of the rim to the lowest point. The tall ribbed body and asymmetrical hand-formed mouth give it a striking Mid-Century Modern presence.
Under UV light, the glass produces a brilliant neon-green fluorescence, making it especially desirable for uranium glass collectors.
