***The safety pin (located on the other end of the wrist strap) needs to be inserted from the bottom of the stun gun when you test it? If so and not working, please fully recharge the stun gun for AT LEAST 8 hours to give it a full charge for the first time.
After recharging, please remember to insert the safety pin from the bottom of the item and test it in the air for not longer than 1 second at a time (with side safety switch at the top position and the stun button pressed).
