An appealing pair of early editions for collectors of American poetry and antique books.
Condition notes:fair, longfellow\'s poems with significant board wear, detached front endpaper, loosening of binding, toning to pages, one page with chip / rip (pictured), some pages were bent (since straightened), fair condition; the edition of miles standish is in better condition with edgwear and foxing, along with toning (consistent with age); both being sold in fair condition and priced accordingly, see pics for condition details
