Acceptable vintage condition with significant age-related wear.Important: The first two pages at the front are completely disconnected from the binding, but both pages are still present and will be included with the book. The front hinge is substantially separated, with the binding webbing exposed. The remaining text block appears to remain attached, but the book should be handled gently.The illustrated paper panel on the front cover has considerable rubbing, scratching, scuffing, staining, edge loss, and surface wear. The green cloth boards and spine show fading, discoloration, rubbing, bumped corners, and fraying along the edges and spine ends. Interior pages have age toning, occasional spots and marks, and a handwritten former-owner inscription.This is not a pristine collector’s copy. It is best considered a well-worn vintage reading, display, or restoration copy.
