Lionel 8040 Nickel Plate Road 2-4-2 Locomotive, Tender, & 7 Cars 1970\'s (READ)
Vintage set of Locomotive/Tender, 6 freight cars and a caboose. I believe the train/cars are sll from the 70\'s but not sure if they came from the same set. Locomotive ran in forward and reverse when tested, but the e unit switch needed to be wiggled a little bit to get it to move. Sparked a little at the wheels when running. Locomotive shell has a crack by the screw that holds it on and one of the plastick boiler front lenses is broken off. Tank car is missing the 2 ends and other cars nay be missing things like brake wheels.
