The sale is for the dip pen as shown in the photos. The nib is marked E.J. Wirtz - no. 3. The nib handle has no marking of the manufacturer.
This dip pen is in great shape. The nib writes very flex and very soft, like a brush. This nib has the most softness and flexy comparing to other two dip pen nibs that I am listing today. The other two nibs are very flex and have good softness too, just a little less than this Wirtz nib.
The pictures show the actual item. Please judge the condition yourself.
