Reporting Requirements:
- Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of the delivery scan and must include two photos showing the product unopened and fully sealed. Opening the product immediately voids the LAG.
Temperature Requirements:
- Delivery-day temperatures must fall between 40°F and 85°F. If temperatures are below 40°F or above 85°F, buyers are strongly encouraged to upgrade from Free Shipping to the available 1-day or 2-day shipping options to maintain LAG eligibility.
Shipping Restrictions:
