This set comes with everything shown in the pictures. Its in great shape with only a few missing parts. The set is missing 6 light grey 1x1 cylinder (cannon balls) and the chrome gold coins for the treasure chest and a few parts that where missing have been replaced. Those parts are the torsos for the guy in the blue coat. The head for the guy with the fancy hat and two light grey wheels on the cannon should be brown with the rest. Everhthing else is all there and in great condition. Any other questions please ask.
