I believe it is 100% complete but I built it 2 years ago and I’m not totally positive, so if any pieces do end up missing I will send replacements for free as I have tons of vintage Lego. All the pieces on this set are vintage from the 90s a few here and there may have some discoloration. Please look at photos closely as what you see is exactly what you will get. I will partially dismantle the set for shipping or if the buyer wishes I will completely dismantle it from scratch and put into baggies each section.
