Return Policy
Return authorization must be requested within 30 days upon the buyer receiving their purchase. Items are subject to a 20% re-stock fee if returned after the 30 day policy.
The buyer must use the return process in which he/she will be instructed on how to return their purchase and will receive a Return Authorization number. If item has been installed it is not returnable.
Returns will only be accepted for a refund in new condition with all manufacturer parts and manuals if supplied.
In the event that we are responsible for an error in your purchase we will refund shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on a warrantied item/s or if the buyer has made a purchase in error.
Once our warranty department has received the returned item/s and are then reviewed and approved, we will then issue a refund.
