Vintage L.S. Starrett Co. depth gauge, bell/hourglass-shaped base clearly stamped THE L.S. STARRETT CO. / ATHOL MASS U.S.A. Graduated rule slides through the base and locks with the original knurled clamp disc.Condition is honest user/collector grade: steel is dark with even orange-brown rust freckling across both faces of the base and along the rule. Graduations are still crisp and readable, no bends in the blade, clamp holds. A cleanup with oil and fine steel wool would bring it back nicely — I'm selling it as-found.A real Starrett from Athol, not a repro. Ships padded.
