Each crystal is individually hand set in a prong setting. There are no missing stones. The inner lining has some small red and gray marks, most likely from make-up or pen, but no oil stains, and no rips or snags or odors. The closure is in good working condition. The silver tone hardware has some tarnish built up on it that needs to be cleaned off with a polishing cloth.
