I hand not tested this because i do not know how they work. If you can walk be through the steps to test it i will do them and reach out to you wuth the results. The mounting beacket seems like it will need screws to be properly attached to the radio as well as to whatever surface you are wanting to put the bracket on to. It is in overall \"Fair\" condition. There are obvious signs of wear from use but the unit does not appear to be damaged. This comes with everything you see in the pictures. This item is Untested.
