Kaeser SIGMA airend (rotary-screw compressor block) assembly removed from a Kaeser SX 6 rotary-screw air compressor (5 HP, 110 psig, 21.3 cfm, made in Germany, 2007). This is the airend - the compression element at the heart of the compressor - cast "KAESER SIGMA 0 / PAT 1.9126.0 / 16 BAR / BJ 2007."
The assembly is complete and includes the airend/screw block, the oil-separator tank, minimum-pressure/thermal valve, oil-filter canister, pressure sensor, drive pulley, and hoses. It has been cleaned and repainted and presents very well.
The airend turns freely by hand and was removed from a working machine during an upgrade - not a failure. That makes it an excellent candidate for a rebuild, a ready spare, or to get an SX-series compressor running again. Heavy industrial part - please see shipping (freight/calculated or local pickup).
