Please not that the RHS valve has a machine groove around the top for easy identification

To assist on assembly ours valves fit in exactly the same way as the standard ones, however instead of a dot on the tooth that needs to line up with the dot on the KIPS rod we have machined an angle onto the top of the tooth

Please note that you are purchasing two KIPS valves, two KIPS valve bushes and two o-rings for one item on this listing. The pictures in the description show the valves before zinc passivating which they all are now - see main listing picture. All parts are available separately - just drop us a message via .

We have made these parts in response to high demand for the part and now hold good stock in these parts off the shelf.

The valves will not operate properly without the bushes in. The parts are made from steel (EN24T)as per the later versions and should be cleaned regularly to prevent jamming and damage (this was always the case - and what led to them being broken in the first place).
