There are some obvious flaws: there is discoloration due to oxidation and age. There are some rubs along the edges and corners of the book. The binding is strong especially considering its age. The print looks great. There are very few copies available in the world of this particular book. This would be a fantastic addition to your library collection. The binding edge has a small tear to it. I have the absolute best clients. As a mover in a wealthy community I am lucky enough to work with some truly famous but more importantly kind celebrities. I am in the process of moving the Lendl family. Samantha and Ivan have put their trust in me, not only to relocate them, but also to help them downsize. I am so grateful.
