Up for sale is a beautiful classic Soviet wide-angle lens: Jupiter-12 2.8/35 in a desirable early silver aluminum body. Made in the USSR at the famous LZOS (Lytkarino) factory in 1963 (Serial Number: No. 6312749). This lens is based on the legendary Carl Zeiss Biogon optical formula and is famous for its unique vintage rendering, sharp center, and beautiful bokeh.
ITEM CONDITION:
Optics: Excellent condition for its age. The glass is clean and clear. No scratches, no fungus, no haze. Beautiful original coating.
Mechanics: Focus ring rotates smoothly. The aperture blades are clean and function correctly.
Cosmetics: Shows normal signs of vintage use on the silver metal body (please refer to high-resolution photos for exact cosmetic condition).
