Book is new and still sealed in plastic, but plastic has broken on corners, exposing them to wear. There are some scuffs on the plastic and one area where it seems like maybe the cover is slightly pressed in near a large scuff. Hard to tell without removing the plastic.

I bought another copy of this book at the same time and it says second edition, 2024, so I assume this is the same.
