Set of 7 porcelain hand painted plates measuring approximately 8 1/2 inches.
Dating back to the early 1900’s. During the Meiji period.
Due to the age of these plates, some of the gilding along the scalloped edges has worn off.
Small chips in some, which I’ve included in the photos.
The intricate hand painted detail is amazing!
A mix of soft pastels. Each plate depicts a different scene in nature.
All plates have visible stamp/signature on the bottom of plate.

These are antique pieces and therefore reflect that.

The last two photos show you the scalloped edges and how some are worn. Not necessarily chips(I’ve pointed those out), just a bit worn.
