We cannot flipping believe we found this! The last one that sold on went for $600 and that was a previously loved copy in great condition. We searched high and low and do not see a sealed copy having sold anywhere, even on Discogs there are only two used copies available and they are both listed around the $600 mark. Another sealed copy may not exist. Worth noting the way you see it is the way we found it. Can’t imagine someone going to the trouble of re-sealing it, guessing the cellophane is that way because it was a small indie record company that put it out, as it wasn’t sold to us as a rare collectible we just recognized it immediately as a highly sought after record. One other note on the record label which we learned from the most recently sold copy on :
When these CD’s were manufactured, there was a mistake with how the label name was printed in some areas. The record label is called "Pretty Wicked Records.” That name was printed correctly on the disc, but the back cover & the back cover of the insert booklet mistakenly were printed as "Wicked Records." in error. Evidently the label blacked out those two spots with black marker - once on the back cover (next to the 1992) and once on the back cover of the insert booklet (also next to the 1992). This was done deliberately during production to address the label name mistake. So over time collectors learned to look for this as a way to identify a genuine copy. You can see the black marker in one of our photos underneath the cellophane. You can see this black marker on other examples on Discogs & in other places, theirs just don’t have plastic over it like ours does 😉
One last note, we will definitely ship with signature confirmation given the value of this item, and it’ll be well packaged not just tossed in a bubble mailer.
