Gyulai Sausage
Named after the historic city of Gyula, this classic Hungarian smoked sausage features coarsely chopped pork blended with authentic Hungarian paprika for a rich, traditional flavor.
Csabai Sausage (Best Seller!)
Similar to Gyulai, but with a slightly spicier kick. A customer favorite and our top-selling sausage!
Paraszt Sausage
A slightly drier sausage with a robust garlic flavor. Perfect for those who enjoy a more traditional, rustic taste.
Debrecini Sausage
A smaller version of Gyulai—perfect for BBQs, breakfast, lunch, or a quick and delicious meal anytime.
Cserkesz Sausage
A thinner, slightly dry smoked sausage—great for snacking. Historically known as the “Boy Scout sausage” for its portability.
Eros Sausage (Hot!)
Our spiciest and driest variety. Ideal for those who love bold heat and intense flavor.
Gypsy Sausage
A unique double-smoked, semi-dry sausage with a dark outer skin and elegant, mild seasoning (no paprika). Often called the “wedding sausage.” Comes in a long 14\"–16\" linked pair.
