This is a String bound portfolio of souvenir photographs of the Hudson River in New York from around 1920. The photographshave a beautiful sepia tone and lots of detail. It covers the trip up river from New York City, through the Palisades, West Point, Vassar College and Albany.
There are 24 photographs.Each printmeasures8.5 x 7.75 inches (21.5 x 119.5 cm). The cover is slightly larger than the prints, and has done it\'s job protecting them.
Produced by the Albertype Company as a set of mechanical photogravure prints. It is undated, but the height of the Albertype company were the mid to late 1890s through the early 1920s.
