⛔️ STOP buying if you don’t agree to all shop policies and terms. You accept the risks of shipping live plants and are responsible for proper care upon arrival. I cannot be held liable if shipping weakens the plant.
↪️ Returns
Because plants are living items, we do not accept returns.
🔁 Replacements
If your plant arrives DEAD, we are happy to send a replacement.
📸 Please provide a clear dead photo within 1 day of delivery so we can help quickly.
☀ Weather Care
Plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. If your area is below 50°F or above 80°F, please add a heat pack or cold pack to your order. Please share with us because we are unable control the weather.
🚚 Shipping Issues
In case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, we are happy to assist you with filing a claim.
🍃 Plant Travel Stress
During shipping, plants may experience stress such as leaf blemishes, yellowing, or leaf drop. This is normal. With proper care, your plant should adjust and continue to grow.
❌ No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery
We’re always happy to answer plant care questions, but once delivered, care of the plant is the buyer’s responsibility.
