Therefore all products are guaranteed brand new without exception. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap or product packaging is within the norm & may occur. The cardboard box your items are shipped in is for the purpose of protecting your items, any dings or defects to the shipping box itself does not equate to damage, this includes case boxes. If you want your order or case to be shipped in another box (double boxed) please make us aware beforehand.
