I would say this is in very good used condition. There is mild bumping to lower edges, heel and corners. Pages are flat, clean and tight to good binding. No ink anywhere that I can find even on the family pages. It does not appear there was ever a Presentation Page. Book measures about 9\" tall, 7\" wide and .75\" thick. Font is very small> about nine vo. I make it; center-column notes are even smaller. Not a lot of study helps here; concordance and some color maps with no index. Tassel is creased and frayed but serviceable.
