2.5 x 17 x 9 Inch Red Cotton Gauze Filter Element - Single 4-bbl Baseplate. The oversized air cleaner look was king in the muscle car era, and we wanted to take engine bay styling back to that nostalgic time with these Holley Vintage Series Oval Air Cleaner assemblies. Each air cleaner assembly includes a durable cast aluminum Vintage Series finned lid, a stamped steel 1/2\" raised baseplate, a 2.5\" tall premium washable and reusable filter element, and all hardware needed for easy installation.These oversized oval air cleaner assemblies dwarf the competition with their size - measuring at 17\" long x 9\" wide - which will make your engine bay stand out in a crowd of stale old oval air cleaners. The included stamped steel baseplate is designed to fit single 4-barrel carburetors with a standard 5-1/8\" diameter neck, and the 1/2\" raise is enough to clear throttle linkages, carburetor bowls, and distributors without any worry of interference. These oval air cleaners are available in 5 unique finish options to perfectly match most Holley Vintage Series valve covers, and paired together, their styling creates an unsurpassed vintage vibe.. Not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicles. WARNING! Inadequate clearance between the throttle lever and the air cleaner could result in uncontrolled engine speed. Always check the hood clearance before closing the hood.

Holley Performance Products also does not warrant, and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications other than those specifically recommended in the current brand catalog.

Although obsolete, scratch & dent and used items do not have a warranty, we understand that things happen and every situation is different.
