Books may have some writing or highlighting in them. Book may not have access codes, CDs, etc. We sell many new and used items, used books, closeout items, and store returns. Due to the nature of some of these items, every now and then someone may have a small issue with their item.
We do not accept returns. However, we take photos of the actual items (which allows use of the zoom feature for close up viewing) and try to give an accurate description also. If for some reasons you have an issue with your item or you are unsatisfied with your purchase

We try very hard to please all of our buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office Your rating will be for us, not one of the postal service. If you do not feel that you can give all 4\'s or 5\'s on the DSR\'s, please contact us with your concerns BEFORE leaving response. Low ratings affect our income -- it only takes 3 1\'s or 2\'s in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower our standing. Please do not cost us money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the Post Office. Most of our items are not listed with shipping included (unfortunately, there\'s no such thing as \"free\" shipping). Please do not rank our stars low because we charge for shipping and some sellers do not. We do not make a profit on the shipping.
