ID-Workz Ltd will handle a buyer warranty claim with the manufactuer and the final outcome lies with the manufacturer.
Loss of labour costs or other related costs cannot be claimed on any part.
Returns
Stock items can be returned within 30 days of the item being dispatched. Returns are subject to a 20% handling charge.
Items must be in brand new condition in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items where the original packaging is damaged or missing.
The buyer is eligible to cover postage both ways.
Special order parts are non-refundable.
Any parts that have been fitted or attempted to be fitted strictly cannot be returned.
Parts supplied correctly cannot be returned so please double check fitment before ordering.
