Beautiful handmade studio pottery planter featuring a rounded, organic form with brown and charcoal-toned clay swirled together throughout the body. The contrasting clay creates sweeping horizontal movement and natural variation around the entire piece, giving it an earthy, rustic, wabi-sabi character.
The planter has a substantial feel for its size, weighing exactly 1 lb. It was previously used as a planter and had soil inside when found. There is no drainage hole.
Measures approximately 4” high x 3-1/2” deep x 4-1/2” wide at the top.
No chips or cracks. No maker’s mark or signature was found. As a handmade pottery piece, it displays natural surface texture, small pits, irregularities, and variations in the clay and finish that contribute to its individual character.
