Handcrafted Armenian Backgammon Set – \"Eternity\" Classic, by master craftsman Hrachya Ohanyan
The entire playing field of this board is hand-carved from a single piece of solid beech wood — no glued panels, no veneer. Engraved on the face is the Armenian Eternity sign (Arevakhach), an ancient symbol of eternal life and one of the oldest emblems of Armenian national identity.
The board is double-sided: backgammon on one side, checkers (draughts) on the other. Hinges and locks are cast bronze, and the whole set is finished in a protective varnish.
