Handcrafted sculptural ribbon chaircombining artistic ironwork with a carved wooden seat. It is a striking piece of functional art, featuring fluidly bent, fluid wrought-iron bands that loop dynamically to create the base, armrests, and back support, mimicking the look of tangled ribbons or organic roots. The polished wooden seat is carefully contoured to match the natural curves of the body for ergonomic comfort. I have no knowledge of who made this. I believe it is a one of a kind object of art. I bought this 10 years ago in Eastern Pennsylvania. Functions better as a statement piece rather than a functional chair. It will need to be soldered if used for seating as it is a little wobbly.
