E600HF is a heavy-duty hardfacing stick electrode built to keep expensive steel parts working instead of sitting in the scrap pile. When a bucket lip, ripper tooth or crusher hammer wears out you pay twice: for the replacement part, and again for the downtime waiting on it. A few passes of E600HF put a fresh, abrasion-resistant working face back on the part in minutes.

CERTIFIED HARDNESS, NOT A CLAIM. This 1/8 in lot is certified at 55-57 HRC as welded on an EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificate (Report STA 2026/0523, Batch M 37393) from an ISO 9001:2015 plant. Full hardness is reached as welded, with no heat treatment or quench, so the part goes back to work as soon as it cools.

HOW IT RUNS. 1/8 in (3.2 mm) x 14 in electrodes, AC or DC electrode positive, roughly 90~130 amps, flat, vertical and horizontal. Easy arc starts, stable arc, low spatter and slag that lifts cleanly.

WHERE IT EARNS ITS KEEP. Bucket teeth and lips, dozer end bits, ripper shanks, grader blades, auger and conveyor flights, mixer paddles, crusher hammers, plow shares and cultivator sweeps. Industries: earth-moving, mining and quarrying, aggregate, agriculture, recycling, foundry and steel.

HOW TO USE IT. Clean down to sound metal and remove old, cracked hardface first. Deposit no more than two or three layers over a mild steel base; for deeper rebuilds run a mild steel or manganese build-up rod first and cap it with E600HF. Stringer beads with a short arc give the best wear life. Check-cracking across the bead is normal for a hardfacing deposit and is not a defect.

PACKAGING. Supplied as a 10 lb Tube. Every 10 lb tube is vacuum-sealed in aluminium foil inside shrink-wrapped plastic, so the coating arrives dry and stays dry.
