Shipping:

We ship all units via UPS ground unless otherwise stated in listing. All units are professionally packaged for safe transport. Most shipments occur same day. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Warranty:

All items carry a 30 day repair/replace warranty unless otherwise stated in listing. HP Printer Pros will provide a shipping label to return units for repair if deemed necessary. HP Printer Pros will ship a replacement at no cost if deemed necessary. If repair/replace cannot be met, HP Printer Pros will offer a full refund.

Returns:

• All returned items must have original serial # matching to item be sent back or we can decline refund.
• A restock fee of 20% will be charged for ALL returns unless items are determined to be bad and tested upon arrival at our facility. Buyer is responsible for returning all good working returns. HP Printer Pros will provide a return label for items said to be bad.
• Returns must include original packaging and included items like toners, power cords, etc. If they ANY items originally sent are missing, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping insurance is automatically calculated and included in all shipments.

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier picked for each shipment is based upon what is most economical while reaching the consumer in a timely fashion. USPS shipments are sent Priority Mail 2-3 day in the United States. UPS shipments are sent via UPS Ground service 3-5 business day\'s in the United States.

If you need shipments expedited to you, contact us directly and we can arrange that.

If you need shipments sent to a PO Box or APO please be sure all address information is entered correctly and USPS will be your shipping carrier. Shipping to a PO Box or APO may require additional payment for shipment.

If an item needs to be returned please contact your sales representative first. Some situations can be resolved over the phone. Once it has been determined that you need to return an item, Virtue IT will issue an RMA number to be referenced on the package that is being returned.

All non-defective items to be returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective items will be replaced if possible or the entire sales amount of the product will be refunded. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of the original receipt of the items.

Freight costs associated with returned items will be determined at the time of the RMA number issued by your sales representative.

All exchange cores must be returned with the assigned RMA number within 15 days of the original receipt of the item.

Damage to products being returned, that occurred during shipment is the responsibility of the shipper.
